Featuring a 3/4" and 1" hose barb provides smooth, rapid media transfer. Features 3/4" & 1" hose barb: Facilitates rapid fill and empty of bioprocessing bags. Locking Feature: Guards against accidental disconnects. Sharp barb end: Secure connection to single use tubing. Shrouded, leak-free & smooth, internal flow path: Protect valuable fluids and eliminate potential to contaminate fluid path.x Applications Media and buffer transfer Sampling Filtration process Harvest and collection Upstream and downstream connections Specifications Operating Conditions (Fluid Transfer): Temperature -40°F to 300°F (-40°C to 149°C) Pressure Up to 35 psi, 2.41 bar Materials: Main Component Polysulfone (amber tint) O-rings Silicone (clear), platinum-cured Sterilization: Autoclave Up to 270°F (132°C) for 60 minutes, up to 25 repetitions.
