MicroCNX® Connectors MicroCNX® aspetic connectors are the only micro-connectors that provide a simple, efficient method of connecting tubing for small-format biomanufacturing assemblies. The MicroCNX series is engineered specifically for the challenging conditions of biological media transfer in bioprocessing, cell therapy, and gene therapy applications. The connector comes in a range of tubing sizes featuring a luer connection option to create a sterile, closed connection on an existing luer connection. The ULT/Nano versions are ideal for assemblies in cryogenic freezing cassettes or connection to PVC tubing. Aseptic, single-use connection technology: Do not have to make connections in the Bio Safety Cabinet (BSC), and is a better option for small format tubing where tube welding fails—the only aseptic media transfer method that consistently and reliably transfers aseptic fluid at 1/16" tubing. Ultra-Low Temperature and Chemical compatibility: Termination and flow path are made from PPSU to allow for increased chemical compatibility without deterioration, and able to handle harsh chemicals like liquid nitrogen and Dimethly Sulfoxide (DMSO). Can be frozen down to vaporized liquid nitrogen temperature (-190C) ?(MicroCNX ULT and MicroCNX Nano). PULL-CLICK-PULL: Intuitive three-step connection process reduces risk of operator error. Genderless: Eases single-use systems specifications with one part number for both halves. CPC Click: Audible confirmation of assembly with no additional hardware required. PVC tubing: Fully compatibility with all PVC tubing (MicroCNX ULT and MicroCNX Nano).
