RevolveSD™ Connectors RevolveSD sterile disconnects enable sterile disconnection of single-use biopharma and cell and gene therapy manufacturing systems. With an easy twist of the connector shell, sterility is maintained on both sides of the system during the disconnection process. The RevolveSD connector includes protective locking tabs to help reduce the chance of accidental disconnection, and are designed to be irreversible, making it a true one-time disconnect. Smooth Flow: Optimized flow path means enhanced smoothness and size to minimize turbulence and restriction. Chemical Compatibility: Increased compatibility to harsh chemicals through carefully selected materials and no spring in flow path. Sterility Protection: Locking tab reduces risk of operator error of early disconnect & new dual valve technology ensures sealing to reduce residual fluid.
