EZBio®Rigid PP Tube is a polypropylene tubing designed to prevent kinking and collapse, ensuring a stable and reliable fluid path during use. The rigid PP helps maintain consistent flow under both high-pressure and vacuum conditions, making it ideal for applications such as tangential flow filtration (TFF) systems and other high-flow bioprocess applications. It offers good strength and higher-pressure resistance compared to softer tubing options.

It can be heat welded or thermally fused to bag ports, filters, caps, and containers, allowing easy integration into sterile assemblies without the need for clamps or adhesives. It is also well suited for dip tube applications, helping ensure accurate fluid pickup.

Manufactured from USP Class VI€“compliant polypropylene resin, the tubing offers excellent chemical resistance along with low extractables and leachables. It is compatible with gamma irradiation (25€“50 kGy) and can withstand standard autoclave cycles at 121°C, making it suitable for a wide range of bioprocess applications.
