The syringe filter contains a filter membrane along with a glass fiber pre-filter. The filter membrane is available in PES or Hydrophilic PVDF materials, offered in 0.2µm or 0.45µm pore sizes. The filter membrane is reinforced with a polypropylene housing with a female Luer-Lok inlet and a male Luer Slip outlet. All material comply with USP Class VI Standards.
